Oh the joys of a causal Monday.
This weekend, I traveled to Denver to visit my cousin. It was super fun and super needed. But, it also left me super exhausted. We went on so many little adventures. They were moments that literally melted my heart and gave me the sense that life, my life, is going to be okay. I’ve been reading “the Single Woman” by Mandy Hale. In her book she talks about surrounding ourselves with people who compliments us, not completes us, and my cousin Liliana does just that.
And because today was all about catching up with some errands, I dressed comfy. I bought this skort while I was in Denver. I love that it looks like a skirt, but it fools in the back. It’s perfect for running around.
And, although I’ll miss the Rockies– it feels good coming home to Kansas.
