A hint of fall

thumbnail

Brrr ya’ll. It’s so cold in central Kansas. It seems fall was skipped because parts of Kansas saw snow today. Major bummer.

I was lucky enough to have taken these photos when the temperatures made it easier to hang outside. Right now, I’m not sure I could withstand the freezing weather we are experiencing. None the less I wanted to blog and share with you what would have otherwise been a fall outfit to go.

This sweater from Pacsun was purchased years ago, but I still wear it very frequently as it coordinates well with everything in my closet. It’s also a good transitional piece from fall to winter.

In addition, I also love wearing this maxi-skirt to give off an unexpected twist to my outfits. I don’t wear it often, but when I do it really showcases the rest of the look. I love the skirt, but for some reason it’s not something I wear everyday, which makes me sad, but at the same time when I do get to show it off–it’s magic!

Also making another appearance is this cute newsboy cap from Nasty Gal and my Buckle studded rocker boots that literally have became major staples for my OOTDs.

I hope that wherever you are you’re warm and cozy. Thinking of you.
