A brown mix

Whoa ya’ll, do you remember me? Forgive me, it’s been awhile, and trust me when I tell you that I’ve missed it too. Life has just been sad and hectic. As you all will remember, Chloe had doggie cancer and she underwent surgery. She seems to be good after her tumor was removed and healing is going well. It was awful and frankly it took a huge effect on my heart.

But here I am, back at it and I’m sharing with you all a new look featuring brown tones. This wasn’t a risky outfit per say, but I was walking on eggshells with the fact that I was mixing so many different tones of brown. I was conflicted because I liked the items together, but I just didn’t know if the different color tones would clash. In the end I feel like they more or so complemented each other. Score!

I bring to you this comfy sweater I found at Ross along with the layering of this oatmeal colored turtle neck, which I’ve been totally into. The mom jeans relaxed the look along with the brim hat. I really enjoyed how comfortable I was shooting this look, which I thought could be a perfect contender for Thanksgiving.

Speaking of which, I’m thankful for you, I appreciate your love, and I’m so glad you’re a fan. I hope to spend more time with you all later, until then please have a great holiday with your loved ones and if you can unbutton your jeans and be grateful for that.
