Good-late-night-Friday! I hope everyone is doing great. I was pretty ready for the weekend. There was just so much going on this work week. I needed a break. So here I am. Playing with make up and sharing with you all this palette I picked up about a couple of weeks ago at a Popup Event.
This particular shadow palette caught my eye because of the pretty cover design. The name is just as divine “La Dama de Flores,” The Flower Lady. But I also liked the variety of colors that filled the inside. They are bright, bold, but also neutral all at once, if that’s even normal. There’s a mixture of matte, shimmer, and glitter based shades, which as a newbie of make up, I really appreciated.
This is only one of three Juegos Latino, which were created for Latinos by Latinos themselves, which again I appreciated. This palette starts with pretty shades of blue, then transitions into brown and orange.
The shades I used for this look are: tesoro, tulip, dahila, and marigold. I obviously tried to incorporate the same look from the cover of the palette. I don’t think I did a good job, but none-the-less I enjoyed playing with it, and also practicing.
Thanks for stopping by again. I hope to see you again on Monday. Have a great weekend.
