Mad about skincare

In a good way, I’m so obsessed with skincare lately. I love the fact that I’m aging because with that comes discipline in the way I treat myself. It’s a priority I tend to keep consistent. Above all things.

Since turning 30 I have noticed plenty of fines lines. Not entirely sure when they arrived because it seemed that they just appeared out of nowhere. Since then it’s been my mission to diminish their appearance. That’s where Mad Hippie comes into play.

I’ve been using these items twice a day for the past month and the results make these products highly recommended.

The Vitamin C Serum and the Eye Cream are two great items that I’ve cycled into my skincare routine. They are items that have helped boost the brightness in my face overall. They both help nourish, moisturize, and keep my skin looking healthy. All pluses.

I first noticed this item in ads that would pop up on my Facebook page, so after some research, I decided to try them. While they are both pretty great together, individually they are just as strong.

After I cleanse my face, I apply about 4 to 5 drops of the Vitamin C Serum. This serum has Konjac Root, Fervlic, and Hyaluroic Acid. What it does is lift up, brighten, tighten, and smooth the skin. It works. Trust me. I’ve noticed that my skins now has natural glow. It has also helped diminish the wrinkles, especially on my forehead.

After the serum, I dab the eye cream underneath my eyes, around my cheek bone, and the temple of my head. For some time, I’ve had pretty small crows feet coming in. This cream stopped them from become permanent. Woot woot!

The cream has Peptides, Ceramides, Pomegranate, and White Tea. The conditioning effect of the cream frees the skin from wrinkles and discoloration, which helps reveal softer and younger looking skin. Bonus Points!

Overtime, I have found it important to fall in love with my skin, in all it’s aging glory. The best way for me to express this is by pampering it daily. That’s why I use both of these items at night and in the morning. I have discovered that the serum goes a long way and if too much is applied residue could appear. Other than that, these items can be purchased at Ulta. Enjoy. Feed your skin what it needs.

See you on Wednesday!
