Christmas gift helps bare cold winter
Winter has been hard on a heart, which seems like a never ending feeling considering what this year has brought us. Yet I’m hopeful that the best is yet to come. This is why this post isn’t going to harp on the fact that I’ve been absent or all they whys, rather to bring a much needed joy in my life. It’s warm and fuzzy feeling.
This Christmas I felt blessed beyond words. It was something that truly made me realize that I complain way too much over things that don’t matter. My family gifted me some of the best items. I didn’t feel like I was on the good list during 2020, but hey I ran with it. Among the gifts was this beautiful faux fur sweater, given to me by Micah’s grandparents.
When I saw it, I immediately put it on and my mind began to imagine outfit ideas. That my friends, hasn’t happened to me in such a long time. The feeling brought back memories of my first blog post and the excitement that came with showcasing outfits. And it’s about time I experience that feeling more frequently.
Also featured alongside the sweater are these new lace boots from Soul purchased at DSW. I had been searching high water for these and was ecstatic when I found them.
This year was a rollercoaster, but what’s important is that we have another day, another month, another year to start over. Whatever that means for you, just know that I’m rooting you on! Thanks for the support.

Happy New Year and wishing you a great run in 2021
Happy New year I always enjoy seeing your posts! You’re the realest.
